Built in the 1700s, as a double kiln oast house and peacefully situated in the Garden of England, Bishopsdale Oast is now a highly recommended bed and breakfast with outstanding views.
There are five large bedrooms (one a family room), all with king size beds, colour flat screen TV with freeview, radio alarm clock, and coffee and tea-making facilities. The en-suite bathrooms are luxurious with all the extras that you need to be able to spoil yourself. All the bedrooms have stunning views, with some even having their own entrance and terrace as well as internal access.
As well as Bed and Breakfast, evening meals and special diets are catered for (by prior arrangement). Vegetables are grown in the organic garden and the bread is home made! Jane, your hostess, is an accomplished professional cook. Guests can enjoy breakfast or dinner in the dining room or, on sunny days, al fresco on the terrace. Relax in the sitting room in front of a log fire or take a stroll around the gardens, play a game of croquet or simply watch the ducks.
