About Ramsgate Main Sands
Ramsgate's long Main Sands beach, stretches for approximately 250 metres, with golden sands framed by the Royal Harbour at one end and chalky white cliffs at the other.
It's extremely popular in peak season, with the numerous facilities and attractions including donkey rides and many kids amusements. The promenade lines the beach and includes a café and toilets. Lifeguards are in operation in peak season.
Ramsgate Main Sands is awarded a blue flag.
